What do I need to use Dossalys?
A Windows computer, a Gmail address, OneDrive and, for document uploads, access to Centris Prospects. We handle the installation with you.
Can Clara delete or send emails?
No. Clara has read-only access to Gmail. She never deletes an email and never sends anything on your behalf.
What happens when Clara isn't sure?
She doesn't guess. The document goes to "To sort" along with the original email, and you decide in one click. Same for an uncertain client name: Clara suggests, you confirm.
Where are my documents stored?
On your computer and your OneDrive. Dossalys runs on your machine; your files aren't kept on our servers.
What if a document is misfiled?
A "Misfiled" or "Not in the right place?" button sends it back to be sorted, and the "Report" button passes your note to us so we can improve Dossalys.
How long does installation take?
About 30 minutes with you, to connect Gmail, OneDrive and Prospects (assisted setup, one-time $500). After that, Clara works on her own in the background.
Are AI costs extra?
No. Gemini AI costs are included in the $149/month subscription, subject to fair use.
Am I locked in long term?
No. The monthly subscription has no contract. The annual option simply gives you two months free.
